Foundation Overview

Founded in 2007, the mission of the Paul E. Andrews, Jr. Foundation is to enhance quality of life by focusing on improvements in education and healthcare, primarily within the Fort Worth, Texas community.

Funding Areas

The Paul E. Andrews, Jr. Foundation supports hospitals, health and welfare organizations and the research and implementation of programs aimed at improving the quality of teaching and education.

Funding Criteria

The Foundation gives priority to established organizations, primarily located in Fort Worth, Texas, that demonstrate strong management and that have a board of trustees that exhibits financial support. 

Grant Guidelines & Eligibility

Grant requests will be considered only from tax-exempt organizations described in Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.

An organization is limited to one application per calendar year.

As a general guideline, organizations will not receive funding for more than three consecutive years. After three years of support, organizations must wait for two years before submitting a funding request.

Applications are limited to programs in the Fort Worth area that support:

  • the hospital sector and health and welfare organizations

  •  the research and implementation of programs aimed at improving the quality of teaching and education available.
