Founded in 2007, the mission of the Paul E. Andrews, Jr. Foundation is to enhance quality of life by focusing on improvements in education and healthcare, primarily within the Fort Worth, Texas, community.
To select grant recipients, the Foundation’s Board of Directors holds one meeting annually in the fall to consider grant proposals that have been submitted that year. The Board has the responsibility for the final approval of each grant. Since the Foundation receives funding requests in excess of its ability to fund, only a portion of requests can be approved.
A decision not to fund a proposal does not reflect on the merits of the applicant or the value of the proposal.
